Pucho – Step by Step Drawing

I TAKE THE TIME THAT I NEED WITH THE SET UP

Sometimes, it takes me five minutes, sometimes one hour, but the important thing for me is to find and feel the connection, the unity between me and my subject. There is not a better way to find it, jut try one set up and another, and another, and let time pass and enjoy the search by just focusing in following my instinct.

Step One

I star blocking in the basic shapes and form that makes up this object.

Step Two

I add up the background and shadows. I like to go from back to front, so I can use the background as a value reference.

Step Three

I adjust values, edges and drawing so everything can work as a whole.
